USAGE
In situation where valves are stuck in open/close position or hard to operate, or the gearbox is damaged, the Portable Hydraulic Actuator can be used to cycle them.
APPLICATION
1. Valves are very old and cannot be cycled anymore can be stroked using this technology.
2. Valves where sludges are hardened over time, can be cycled by injecting Valve Cleaner Plus and Odyssey Cleaning Solvent, and after 24 hours, use this device to cycle the valve.
3. Valves with damaged gearboxes can also be cycled using this method after removing them and and fixing the base plate onto the stem of the valve.
